Are you planning to study abroad for a semester, do an internship in another city for several months or take a semester off? If so, why not make your room or apartment available to other students - with our subletting application.

Your benefits:

• You save the rent for as long as your room or apartment is occupied by other students,
• The period of subletting does not count towards your maximum period of residence.

What else you need to know:

• Residence rooms and apartments can only be sublet for a full summer or winter term.
• We need to receive your application at least four weeks before you would like to sublet.
• In addition to your application, we will need proof of your internship, semester abroad or holiday semester.
• If we find a tenant for your room or apartment, you will be required to pay an administration fee of 50 euros and a cleaning fee of 25 euros.

Please note: Student hall rooms cannot be sublet privately. If residents sublet privately, they risk being evicted without notice.
