If you have any questions about your student hall or your tenancy agreement, it is best to contact your file manager directly.

It's quite normal for things to break in a student hall. However, it is important that damages are reported as quickly as possible – this can be easily done using the online damage report.

The Studierendenwerk will then arrange for the repair. Depending on the issue, there will be a charge. Please check our price list to find out for what you have to pay how much.

Are you going to study abroad for a semester, intern in another city for several months or take a semester off? You can make your room or apartment available to other students by submitting an application to sublet your room or apartment. Find the application form and all the relevant information here.
