Damages and Repairs
It's quite normal for things to break, get lost or dirty in a hall of residence. However, it is important that any damages or problems are reported as quickly as possible - this can be easily done using the online damage report.
The Studierendenwerk will then arrange for the repair, replacement or cleaning. Depending on the issue, there will be a charge. For example, changing a light bulb costs 10 euros.
