in unserer internationalen Wohngemeinschaft ist ein vollständig möbliertes Zimmer (32m2) frei :)
Es leben sieben Parteien unter einem Dach, verteilt auf zwei Etagen. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und harmonisch. Auf jeder Etage findet sich ein Bad und ein WC.
In den Gesamtkosten ist die Nutzung eines 800m2 Garten, die Benutzung eines vollausgestatteten Wäscheraums mit zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trocknern, die Benutzung der Küche mit einer überdachten Terrasse, ein kleiner Outdoor-Fitnessplatz im Garten, ein Fahrradabstellplatz und einen 2m2 großen Abstellraum inbegriffen.

we‘ve got a free and completely furnished room (32m2) in our international shared apartment :)
You‘ll join six others who each have rooms on two floors. The atmosphere is quiet and harmonic. On each floor there is a bathroom and a small restroom.
The rent includes the usage of a garden with 800m2, of a fully equipped washing room with two washing machines and two driers, of a kitchen with a roofed terrace, a tiny outdoor fitness area, space for parking your bicycle and a 2m2 storage room

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Stadt und Universität sind schnell mit der Bahn (ca. 20-25min), zu Fuß (ca. 30-35min) und mit dem Fahrrad (5-15min) zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zudem Supermärkte und eine Drogerie.
The house is located in a calm neighbourhood with quick access to the city centre and the university by tram (20-25min), by foot (30-35min), via bicycle (5-15min). In close proximity, there are supermarkets and a drug store that can all be reached within 5 to 15min
